I've never seen iBill as a play well with others kid in the playground.. Hell, I don't even consider them a play nice with their clients kid on the playground. I'm sure Epoch is trying to protect their asses which I can't blame them for in the least.

Epoch didnt "dog" Ibill dawg. Epoch just said that they wont do business with you if you send new transactionst through ibill.

That is 100% their right, and it's 100% your right to tell them to gfy and go to another processor if you dont like it.

Epoch has their reasons for that policy, and i personally think it's for the best.

Heard rumor that iBill mentioned on a conference call today that their chargeback stats were under 1% for both Visa and MC and have been for the last few months. If true, sounds to me that they are doing more than an adequate job of managing this number.

I believe the numbers were 1.03% for Visa and 0.8% for MC.
