Just wishing I had the funds in my account .. would be kinda nice , but paypal is having a staff party today to celebrate the seized funds from those of us who've had their accounts stolen .

Nice "STORMPAY" sig spam. But the "FUCK YOU PAYPAL - MY FUNDS ARE FROZEN" spam thread tactic has been used before.

MachineG has really been fucked lately by PayPal. Plus he looks like Henry Rollins, so that's kinda cool. I've seen him at conventions but was always to afraid to ntroduce myself. He's way to charasmatic for the likes of me.

I think that if you want to be successful with them, is to threaten to use the medias and shit like that.. This might accelerate the lame part where you fax them copies of your passport, driver's license 10000000000000's times before they tell that they might look at your case.

Paypal froze my account. How do I get my money back?
Write a letter to the attorney general of Nebreska, California and your state. Tell them what happened, just like it happened. Ask that they investigate. Get their information on the Links Page. You might also hire a local attorney to write a letter on your behalf. Our experience is that PayPal completely ignores user complaints, phone calls, faxes, & email, but does respond to government investigators and private lawyers.

Welcome to the world of PayPal customer service. At one time we were told PayPal only had one fax machine. That's right, 12 million supposed members, 2 million active sellers and only 1 fax machine? Others have been told the same thing in the forums. Our advice: get all the documents they ask for. Make 2 copies of each. Create two sets of documents and put each sent into a large brown envelope and mail them certified mail, Return Receipt Requested, to the two addresses we have for PayPal (above) with a letter explaining the situation. If they give you another address to send to, make a 3rd set, and send it also. But you should send them certified mail, RRR, so you can prove that you did, and when you did it. When you get your green cards back in the mail, if PayPal has not resolved the problem, make copies, and write your letter to the Attornies General of your state, California and Nebreska. Include your letter to PayPal, your copies of the green cards and a letter asking that the AG's start an investigation. Don't bother playing the fax game. It's either a con on their part, or they keep their fax machine in the monkey cage at the San Diego zoo. (Or the CEO's office, not much difference.)


What other service can I use to accept card cards if not PayPal?

You should never keep any significant amount of funds in your PayPal account.

These Pay Pal C_U_N_T_S pull the same shit on adult and non adult sites, "we lost you fax", "no you cannot have my name just talk to the person who answers the phone next time you call" then you have to repeat you story again and again. Im sure they hope you will just give up. My advice would be to make as many official complaints as possible including but not limited to the better business bureau and others mentioned in posts above. Let the public know it isn't safe to deal with them and eventually we may get these fucker's shut down ?

They hide that they accept PayPal very well. You have to go through the entire sign-up process and recieve an email before you are even allowed to pay them.

I was wondering the same thing. But I'm sure it's only a matter of time.

Took me over 3 months and approximately 50+ pieces of paper faxed to them, with half a dozen signatures to get my few K unfrooze

180 days is to protect themselves from Chargebacks etc ..
now I have had 0 ZERO chargebacks on my paypal account .
and then I start thinking ..
how much money must've seized in the last few weeks ..
then I am thinking maybe they just got into adult for a few months with this whole thing planned ..
Come in set standards and get the adult industry confortable with paypal .. Then confuse the shit outta everyone and Start seizing millions of dollars for 180 business ( Stock market ) days ..

That could make a shitload of cash .
