isn't the visa international chargeback rate at 2% so couldn't one still run free trials with a offshore merchant account?

If there is one lesson people need to start learning is that loopholes get closed. Stop wasting time on how to get aroun the rules, and work out how to make money following them.

except that if you are based outside the US, you can use VISA International legit without even trying to bypass the rules.

gothweb - you're in the UK now mate? There are processors over here you can use which process for adult and do not use VISA US... there's no bypassing the rules. Globalcharge is one of them and they are running the event/piss up in London on the 18th of this month.
