Record Labesl can get private info from ISP's, why can't we?
 

With all this Kazaa shit going on, 75 cases being filed aday, and Record Labels can get private information from ISP's, why the hell can't we do the same? I think the industry should have a look into this law, and see if we can use it for our benefit!

just a guess - but perhaps they have some sort of supoena (sp?) from a court? I dunno

Umm... no. They're not just going to hand over personal information. A subpoena or some sort of injunction would be needed.
