How much GloBill owes you?

im just curious how much $$$ globill owes you?

directfiesta 07-26-2003 12:39 PM

A poll would have been more appropriate ...

All I can tell you is : too much.

klik 07-26-2003 12:39 PM

$36
and if I don't get it.. I'm gettin hostile :1orglaugh

glad I didn't use too much of them

BigFrog 07-26-2003 12:40 PM

they owe me my reserves, and im not exactly sure how much that is.

Juicy D. Links 07-26-2003 12:41 PM

$23,543.97 :( :( :(

funkmaster 07-26-2003 12:42 PM

... let me put it this way, for the past 2 days I have read their name about 560 times and my time is very limited. I am thinking about charging them $100 per name mentioned.

... so alltogether globill owes me 56.000$ US !!

loverboy 07-26-2003 12:46 PM

its really not surprissing how Webmasters would react about the issue with GloBill. I'ved lost a couple of clients too. Still im crossing my fingers and things would turn out the other way around.

rowan 07-26-2003 12:52 PM

For myself it's a relatively small amount as I was only promoting one program. I am more concerned about my standing with the bank when the 2 globill checks I deposited recently come back all rubbery.

Of course I can't tell you the exact amount they owe me, since I can't access the stats...

It's interesting that http://www.globill-systems.com/ doesn't say a thing about them abruptly shutting down.

loverboy 07-26-2003 01:10 PM

haven't heard any one yet filling a complaint to GloBill.

ZoiNk 07-26-2003 01:18 PM

$0.00 Same amount websitebilling owed me. :) I avoid billing companies that I don't trust. I haven't pushed anyone using globill in around 2 years.
ZoiNk

Hardcore J 07-26-2003 01:19 PM

$31.91

Luckily much less than many, but none the less.. :BangBang:

Alessandro 07-26-2003 01:26 PM

I dunno what is more worse ....
loosing thousands of dollars , or being fucked without the possibilty to beat them till they cry like babies ....

solonline 07-26-2003 01:37 PM

Cant give exact figures due to legal reasons, but we got hammerd
well over 60k plus rebills which on there own are worth 1000s

I advise any one with substantial claims to get hold of a good lawyer in the US. We coverd this move Thursday last,
success rate is going to be small, but I suppose its a satisfaction thing as well.

Weird though, even now I dont blame Glbill. I think they really belived in what they were doing.

Onwards...... as the filth must get through, and in line with the kind of sites we run "take ya punishment"

:helpme

loverboy 07-26-2003 02:12 PM

one of the ppl i know lost as much as $10K:(

easyfun 07-26-2003 03:16 PM

Difficult to say when calculating actual cash owed Verses re-bills - But certainly a few grand -
We will be paying all webmasters who partnered us via our globill programme - In full and immediately.

Master_Yoba 07-26-2003 03:31 PM

nothing for us.. I'm lucky!

However all these past troubles with processors really sux :321GFY

The Other Steve 07-26-2003 03:31 PM

Over a grand in sales - but we have no idea what they were holding for our affiliates :(

We can handle the lost cash but it's the affiliate situation that bothers us.

What are you doing to get the data on what to pay your partners? I feel it was decent of Globill to eventually make our current member data available, but I sure would like it if we could see the affiliate data too. I happily have all of my partner emails as we email them outside of the Globill software, but I'd like to be able to email Spooky Cash folks to let them know we will take care of Globill's obligation, but I'm trying to figure out how to determine the amounts.

Unless sponsors were running their own stats I don't think there is any way for us to see what our affiliates were owed.

We could never find anything like that for our affiliates when we went looking for it.

I suppose in some ways that tied in with Globill's appoach that our members were not really our members but belonged to Globill.

mr rick 07-26-2003 05:01 PM

about $2K....not to mention the lost rebills. It takes months to recover from that.

Xplicit 07-26-2003 07:20 PM

About $500 + Rebills. I only used one program that was with them (pornopaycheck).

It was not decent of them, they are swine. I hope every one in the company goes to prison and gets raped.

Closing the company is one thing - turning off our stats so we can't pay affiliates or even state sales - just shows they are criminal and lowlife with no intention of paying jackshit.

People, stop promising to pay your Globiill affiliates - Pay them what? We have no way of knowing.

debbieN 07-26-2003 09:40 PM

a mid class mercedes (6 weeks holdings)

rebills paid two mortgages each month.

6 month hold backs - a nice big flat screen tv

the experience - priceless

:feels-hot

I'm almost over it, I got it up the *ss from Lancelot last September and still have a big hole.

I was stressing about how to figure out what is owed too, but the basic affiliate info is now available again. I'm not looking forward to getting the database work done on this end to figure out what affiliates are owed, but it is doable. Feel free to hit me up on ICQ at 337070007 if you want to talk about how to do it.

boldy 07-27-2003 01:13 AM

3k .. :321GFY

geps 07-27-2003 01:56 AM

You and me both! In the past ten months, I have lost almost $10,000 between Lancelot and Glo-Bill.

There is a place in hell for scum sucking maggots (Lancelot & Glo-Bill) who shut down overnight without any warning. They don't even have the decency to allow us access to our pay stats.

After disappearing with 4 weeks worth of our paychecks (along with the reserve money) they hide like the spineless pigs that they are. It's like turning the light on in a room full of cockroaches.

skitten 07-28-2003 03:27 AM

:BangBang: :ak47:  "NO BILL" :feels-hot :zzwhip

Kinder 07-28-2003 04:40 AM

I lost about $1,000 + rebills (30 - 40 rebills/month) for some site I was promoting.

Que? 07-28-2003 06:17 AM

about 5 + rebills, resellers, the girl, the golden watch and everything:BangBang:

Ill have to dig up some really hideous stuff for updates:Graucho

Fabien 07-28-2003 06:55 AM

A couple of hundreds

Rebills of course (not a lot but...)

Reserve ????
By the way, if i mail them the shit they want, will it work for the reserve ?

Only used them on one program and i was not pushing it a lot as stats were not showing up right.
The master account got like 4 sales in a day and it showed 2 for me mmmmmmm..........

Had to happen in the summer slow down
Shit..............

loverboy 07-28-2003 11:46 AM

I would say your statement is innacurate, not everyone is posting about if/how they used them, and what their losses were.
I know I haven't.

Give or take $8K, but luckily, I'm used to getting reamed up the ass without KY.

loverboy 07-29-2003 09:23 AM

I haven't been that long in the bizz with this kind of situations, will these companies (globill, etc) pay you back? Any similar experience? :)

Andreas 07-29-2003 10:54 AM

About 400$. Not too bad but still sucks :(

If what happened with Lancelot last September is any indication - We can kiss our hard earned money good-bye. They really did a fuck job on us.

jennycards 07-29-2003 01:09 PM

I lost $100 plus my naivety.

True. While Terry & Elizabeth from Lancelot/Validate are now enjoying their brand new beach side home in Florida. And I'm not kidding about that!

I lost over $12,000 on that one. (Lancelot that is)

skitten 07-29-2003 01:23 PM

Oh, Terry and Elizabeth Neves are enjoying more than that. They own about five or six beach front condos in Jupiter, FL - each with an value of approximately $500,000-$600,000. I guess they are into real estate now. If there is a God, they will both be struck with cancer or some other fatal disease and die a slow painful death. (in their beach front home)

They owe me over $5000 - Not to mention re-bills.

twist 07-29-2003 01:26 PM

About 400$ plus rebills.

some_idiot 07-29-2003 01:56 PM

People saying the "GloBill based systems can't pay their affiliates" because they don't know what the affiliates made shouldn't be in this biz in the first place. GloBill had an option to email EVERY signup with the site ID and the selling affiliate ID. If the owner of the program didn't keep these records than they aren't qualified to be running an affiliate program. Sure we can't track future rebills, but every penny owed can be accounted for.

AOF/DB has all these records and if if GloBill doesn't make good, as we stated on friday, we'll eat it so our affilites CAN EAT.

Keep you heads up for AOF's partnership coming back next week with a custom front end to multiple processors.

Cheers!

I am still crying over Lancelot, it was our first ever billing company a long long time ago.
I only had pushed a view sites with Globill, but let me tell you I know of a lot of sites who used Globill and they are hurting, even if they don't post it.

I rather not say what Lancelot owes me (urgh) but Globill owes me around 300

loverboy 07-31-2003 12:52 PM

I haven't seen any thread yet about GloBill going for a settlement, anyone?
