I am surprised so many people think it a good idea. I just don't see what good it can do. The only thing that matters is the chances of Acacias patent claims being upheld, and we sure as hell can't expect to get an honest assessment of that from Berman.

Just handing them free publicity with no return.

When you are involved in litigation with the attitude these guys are taking you DO NOT sit down at a table and break bread together.

Fucking stupid to do this and insulting to webmasters that are working their asses off to stay alive with all the challenges being thrown at them.
