I think it will be below $1.00 within 1 1/2 month, everyone knows what happens then right. It's happened to larger companies than them. Am also hoping one of the real big companies sues them, someone like Microsoft, that would be the fucking end, most if not all of the Corp. officers would get fired. Then a re-thinking of there business model based on sueing most likely be out the door.

Over 3 months they have been below a buck most of the time right?

Its a very bad trade to short a stock under $2.00, there's not much money to be made, and what if the price takes a swing in the opposite direction? How much pain can you take the sky is the limit going long, what are you gonna make shorting at this price, a point and change? Besides stay away from non liquid stocks, if you pile up into these types of stocks it may be hard getting out of the trade.

In the end, when its down to a penny, we'll be having a field day here.
