What about support opportunities? I've been trying to cancel since May 9th and have never received an answer. If my credit card is charged again there are gonna be chargebacks dating back to May.

Forget sales dept. You guys need SUPPORT dept. 1 whole week. Count them, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 days to get EMAIL FORWARDING on a domain.

To all those that can't get support from Candid, I have no idea what you are doing but I have absolutely no problem getting things set up. I needed a database ASAP and their tech support had me up in 15 minutes.

You're right daymare Candidhosting need to have a better Support technique. There is enough sales man in my book.

I can understand their position. GFY & conventions are probably much better places to expand a sales team than build a technical support staff.

On the other hand, it would be nice to know that they're putting some more effort into their support system.
