Attention Please..

Hi,

i will buy a boot from ebay for myself but the all sizes in something like "7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14" but my number is 43 so what's this 43 stands for in usa size thing ?

If you can help me about those sizes,i will be very very happy :glugglug
