US Incoporation Service
i have a friend who is a victim of the Globill/ACPay disaster. A Canuck.
Can any of you who've done it recommend a reputable company that does US incorporations in Nevada or Delaware? thanks [email protected] |
We've used these guys several times over the past 5 years.
http://www.bizfilings.com No problems to date. |
I have used them as well, great company (bizfilings.com) and you can file in every state or any state :)

Done within 7 days, about 400.00 for everything ( get the registrar to take care of the EIN, pay the 25.00).
You will get eveything and this: http://www.ibillsucks.info/apostil.JPG Works with Ibill, I am doing so. Check my sig. Good luck! |
Mutt,
go with what directfiesta said. American Incorp. are the best :) |
try the corporation company http://www.corporate.com/
used them from the start and never had any problems. |
thanks for all the recommendations.
now he tells me he actually already has the papers to incorporate, what he's looking for is advice so that he doesn't get double taxed by both countries. Or at least minimize that as much as possible. |

For tax, I hired a US accountant ( not expensive) in Plattsburg ( near Montreal) that will coordinate with my canadian accountant. Pay yourself a salary ( expense in the US, income in Canada so taxed once only; pay hosting, advertising, etc....; you can also pay dividends to your canadian corp. ). Also keep in mind that you are escaping the whole GST/PST issue: the canadian gov considers that ALL memberships are taxable... so that already a 15.5%. I personnally would and went with the US corp. But maybe I will add a EU copr just to be more secure and ready ... |
I believe dnsmonster does this...
