Ok, I am confused about this Acacia Patent
 

I just listened to the entire D-Money show on replay. At the 16:30 section of the show the question is specifically asked.

"If a content provider with lease galleries has video on their site, who needs the license?"

Robert Behrman responded, "If a content provider films and encodes their own video and streams it from their server; and there are NO sample videos on the front end of the website where they advertise, they DO NOT need a license, the website who is leasing the video does."

Ummm, WHY THE FUCK ARE YOU BOTHERING ME THEN YOU MORONS!!!!!

Have a lawyer type up what you just said and fire it off to them. I heard that too and according to him, you should be okay.

because you no doubt have sample videos on the site where u sell your plugin.

and what's wrong with you......... i tried to look at your plugins two weeks ago, filled out your form and never got a password or anything.
