anytime, actually I don't I haven't searched for one on there 'yet' I've been trying to find a nice 'groupware' for some other biz I'm running...

so far I've only found a nice webcalendar that needs only minor tweeking, but a running 'todo list' would be a great addition...

I'll dig around a bit...if I find one that looks good I'll holler...

Its pretty good, You'll need MySQL and PHP. You can add tasks / subtasks, sort them by priority, mark how much is done etc. Basic stuff, clean interface.

Todo was the little dog in the wizard of oz :)

There's a program called Task Tracker that has everything. I don't have their current URL though.
