help with variables in photoshop (batching)
 

ok, I'm trying to create a batch that'll add 1 to a number over and over again.

The help files say to select a layer... then go to the Image menu and choose "Variables" but that is clearly not in the menu.

What am I doing wrong? Anyone know this?

Jump to ImageReady (bottom of your Tools window), those commands aren't available otherwise.
