Spam Question..........

Is it considered spam to email old members from your own paysites?

I have like 1000s of email addresses from surfers who have signed up for my paysites I was thinking of emailing them and offering them like a half price deal or something.

As long as I have a remove link in there its not spam is it?:helpme
