3. Once 10 licenses are sold the video is taken off the market and will never be sold again.
4. After 3 months, the producer(s) can use the video content inside his own personal paysite.
5. Only 5 domains allowed.
6. No TGP posting, No MGP posting allowed. Content will only be allowed inside a paysite, or AVS however images can be used on the tour and/or banners.

Copies of model?s id?s and releases will be included; of course all personal information will be blacked out.

Each video is offered in your choice of wmv, mpeg1, or AVI.
The content can be delivered via ftp to your server, or sent via UPS on DVD, or Mini DV tape.
Each video comes with screen captures.

Due to the fact that he is unknown in this industry and to create goodwill in terms of your security I will be handling all payment transactions as well as act as the custodian of records for him.
