www.buymusic.com out of nowhere is hugely popular, but I can never access it. I see ads for it on TV all the time, and it jumped into the top 1,000 in alexa:

I tried to buy a song just for testing... they ask around a dollar a song. But as I'm not a US resident, I can't buy with them. Their Website looks promising though.

It's actually kindof crappy. All kinds of trouble with the licensing on each song being different, songs not playing on portable players, too few big-label songs, and complaints from smaller labels that their songs are their without authorization.
