what do you all think would be important to have in a new affiliate program?
great stats?
quality site designs?
potd?
hosted gallerys?
anything else you can think of to attract webmasters?

Conversions. Get that higher than others and you'll have all the webmasters you need.

i agree that ill keep the webmasters.. but i have to get them first..
