Has anyone used http://offshoreclicks.com to sell traffic to?

The stats shown in the stats section is shown in US $. We pay 0.35 US CENTS per unique impression, i.e. 0.35 cents = $0.0035 or $3.50 per thousand hits (CPM)

Is that pretty average for the type of sponsor?

Getting paid is pretty high up on my priority list.

Never had a problem getting paid by offshore clicks but Nex Cash is also top notch
