Can anyone tell me what This page says? It's in chinese (I think) and has started appearing in my referrers since I bought some 404 traffic.

That looks like the moneytree pay per impression program... you get paid a whopping 40c per 1,000 impressions with them loading a dialer and popup hell.

I wouldn't consider traffic delivered alongside a dialer prompt and popups to be of very high value...
