It sounds so familiar.

Its instrumental only, guitars, keyboards, drums.

Sounds like Joe Satriani or Steve Vai, im pretty sure its played with an Ibanez.

See if you can find the version off of their live album "Exit Stage Left" It kicks ass and has an 8 minute drum solo in the middle of it.
