When making a free site, i know it is against rules ... but why would the site owner mind if there were like 30 recips?

i mean if they are neat, and orginized, maybe text links for good reletivity linking, etc.

Is he counting on clicked traffic that much?

I always thought main reason was for link-backs.

30 recips look like garbage, even if they're "neat". Also, there is way less chance his link will get clicked out of 30 other recip possiblities. Common sense man.

Because you don't want to confuse the surfers by giving them too many choices.... Don't forget the main objective of a free site is to get them off the site as quickly as possible:winkwink:
