Will the IBM lawsuit send a warning to Acacia?
 

IBM retaliated in court Thursday against claims by the SCO Group that it gave away proprietary code to developers of the Linux operating system.

In the 45-page filing in Utah federal court, IBM asserts SCO devised a "campaign of falsehoods" that creates "the false impression that SCO holds the rights to Unix that permit it to control not only all Unix technology but also Linux."

Some people have been saying all along that Acacia, based on their extremely broad claims, and threats, may be opening themselves up to lawsuits for trying to scare people into licensing their alleged patent. The fact that IBM is suing SCO for making vague broad statements may not be a good omen for Acacia.

Will someone in the adult industry or online streaming industry go after Acacia?

If IBM sued Acacia, then it would be all over...
