How quick is quick? They froze me once and said I would have to wait up to 6 weeks for them to review my account!

I called many times and they quickly reinstated me.

My account was restricted once too. I wrote 3 messages, faxed the docs they require in such cases, and the account was restore in 3 or 4 days. And imagine that - I got replies on all 3 messages (first was "We restore your account" and second two "It was already restored" :) )

It was 1-2 days after I sent them the email about getting reactivated. No calling, no faxing, no 6 week wait, no funds removed. Nice to have something go right for once.

took me 2 months and almost a dozen faxes to get that same email...

oh and a trip to the local lip-tatooing parlor...

I have a similar problem....I got suspended due to security reasons and they needed more info....so I faxed the documents (copy of my bank statement and credit card statement) but since the address on my account is in UK and credit card in France this was not accepted, so I faxed them to change my address, but only to get a email saying to change it myself in the admin area...BUT you can't change country inthere???????

Wrote helpdesk/support several times without replies and my account says documents recieved - under review...this has been almost two months now!

Any idea on what to do???
