I'm back & crazy out of shape hahaha
Just got back from a family thing, feel great, it was a nice vacation considering i missed FL :(
Anyways i just got back from raiding circuit city & the lazyboy outlet... carrying big flatscreens & sorround sounds & all that shit wasn't any fun, im hurtin!, feels good to get the old blood pumping tho. It's all good tho, imma have the baddest office space in town muhahahaha ; ) Anyways i need to get on a good exercise regiment, i'm open for suggestions, as long as it doesn't involve running! We do have a pool here, im thinking that might be the best way to go, anyone else spend alot of time in the water? Whats a good regiment.... Oh yea.....GO FUCK YOURSELF! <3 -pr0- |

I'm lookin for a place with a pool myself. Nothing beats hardcore pool action for cardio!
Pro, I would suggest just getting out and really swimming for 30 minutes a day first thing in the morning within an hour of waking up. The time is really important. But if you can't swing it in the AM then just doing it is still good. Take a shower before entering the pool please. Thanks. |
