Hydroxycut is good, too. Are you taking the EFX Xenadrine? It has a lot of stuff added, so it could be something in the mix that bothers you. They're both based on the ECA stack, so if it's the ephedrine, caffeine, or aspirin, it's probably going to bother you, regardless.

Dude, don't take Ephedra on it's own. Do the stack. You will still jump off the walls with more bizarre effects! And the weight loss is incredible.

200 to 250mg caffeine (in pill form)
81 mg aspirin (a pill)

take it 3 times a day. I was doing it 2 days on, 1 day off for a long time. Lost major weight. Had major side effects, though. You could kill yourself if you are not careful. Follow the rules, you will be fine. Wired, but fine. Speed is a derivative of Ephedrine, keep in mind. :Graucho

I think so. It HAS to be aspirin. I was using the low dose aspirin pills. Look at my dosage above, it their capsules contain that, bingo. Same thing, less pills to take. Must be aspirin, though.

There's Hydroxycut and Xenadrine with and without the stack. That's what I was trying to figure out- which one was bothering him. If it's the Xenadrine with the stack, then all the others that have it may bother him, as well. I think Trim Spa comes in both versions, too. I guess it's a matter of narrowing it down to which kind he can handle.

But yeah, anything with the stack is gonna give you better results. And I kinda like that climbing-the-walls feeling, too. :glugglug

Caffeine (33.6mg from standardized bissey nut (280mg)): 200mg
Acetylsalicylic acid: 324mg <---aspirin?

Most of the big formulas used to have the stack in them, but they removed it- ma Huang = ephedrine; guarana extract = caffeine; willow bark extract = aspirin. Hydroxycut still has the C and A, but not the E. Ephedrine can cause you major problems, esp. if you take too much. If it's just 5 lbs, you don't want to fool with that. I agree- not worth the risk. Just cut your calories a little and increase your cardio, or if it's water, try a natural diuretic.
