images 16X100k=1600k
main+thumbs=100k 100k*1700k=170,000k=170M about 170MB? |
100,000 visitors. Most will not be clicking every single picture, and by the way odds are you have at least 32 pictures and not 16, even more if you count in banners or graphics.
35 gigs of bandwidth, seems a tad high but not gunna do the math. Just add up all the pictures k, all the thumbs k, all the graphics k, and the index.html's k. Post the total or a damn link. I think around 350k total or so on a gallery with 16 full size pics, etc should be about on target. Did not break out the calculator just rough guess. The main question is simple, is it making you more than your spending? |

WTF? what size are your images |
Gallery can be less or more bandwidth consuming. I do not deal much with surfers, but as far as I know from TGP posters who buy content from me, 20 pics gallery without heavy design eats approx 1 Gig per 5000 visitors. That means 30Gigs for 150K visitors.
So I'd say 35Gigs for 16 pics gallery is a bit over normal. Though may be there is a heavy design, or too big thumbs, or too attractive so that surfers click more often (it's known that surfers click much more on thumbs with closeups of pussy, penetration, blowjob etc.) |
