In late 2005, the Bush administration raised the toilet paper taxes that they had instituted to make more bombs, as reports surfaced that people were using snail mail spam instead of owning up to the fact they didn't report the proper number of TT sheets they used daily.
Cheney's new snail mail enterprise company deigned to be the largest spammer out there since it is tax exempt was outraged that the commoners were literally wiping their butts on his face... Rumsfield asked for a new tax on the number of times people chewed a bite of rice to allow for more soldiers to be 'on the ground' in the 80th country he decided was evil... The daily home search for the Homeland Security Dept is rumored to go up from once daily having your home 'looked over' to twice daily... just 'In Case'... The rumor was that two boys were talking about playing 'War' after lunch and the government needs to insure safety of ALL neighborhoods. |
