I fact I already have my own merchant acct. ... but it will take some more weeks until I have averything redy to leave iBill ...

It seems they have about faced on a few things..You can now have a price point mentioned on the join page.

I don't think this is too early to get underway with this...If they forget to review your site by the 21st you are screwed.
