lay off the colonics and good healthy eating....that makes you absorb your food/nutrients and 'chemicals' too quickly & easily...

put some fatty nasty food down the gullet to bring up your tolerance...nothing like a nice blocked up colon to hinder absorbtion ;)

hehe, i've really cut down on alcohol consumption. a good friend of mine is coming down to Banff tomorrow and staying for quite awhile - so my fridge is stocked up.
