While I don't think I could do a better job then what they Gary and his team are doing now I would give it shot.

i would own a single type of site or a review site - there is nothing like high conversion ratios that scale up with volume. It's just a matter of choosing efficiency. Consider also how low your expenses are, virtually nill while high traffic sites have to support a large bandwidth cost and lower conversions.
