A webpage should read like a book ...left to right ...top to bottom.... try some different fonts and colours for your text.... everything kinda blends together...hit me up on icq 1904905 and I will explain more

Promotions...reasons for them to stay a member.... t-shirts, xbox, access to another paysite you own..etc.... and something they can't get anywhere else...like live feeds...if a guy gets hooked on a 1 on 1 chat girl and he gets there through your site...he is gonna stay so he can talk to her...

Been in the online casino & sportsbook biz for the last 4 years as a graphic designer.

I have some experience in the industry, though I've been out of it for too long for it to matter (used to work for Starnet back in the day on Sizzle, Red Light, Chissle and realted projects)

And I have a partner with some php skills, I am learning.

What should my first step be?

I don't have tons of money to be investing right off the bat.

I need quality content to even build my sites. Should I be pushing affiliates? Trying to build paysites? What would you do if you were me...

So you own all these domains but don't have sites up right now?

And you don't have alot of money correct?

If you have decent graphic skills...create quailty tgp gallerys and use content from the affiliate programs that offer content to promote ther sites. Either learn how to submit by hand to tgp's or use a service like DrinkingHard provides. With the money you make from the galleries, use that money to buy content and work on one paysite at a time. From there promote your site via tgp's going to your site, buy traffic from places like spotbrokers..etc...and then use that money to keep the project going.

Can this be one of the reasons why people hesitate to join paysites:

I think its a combination of both. You have to show on the outside of your site and in the tour what they are going to get. I find alot of sites will try to lie about what they have to suck you in.

But then on the other side you will always have that fuckin idiot that will stay a member for a year and then scream he didn't know it was a recurring membership
