Extreme Associates = producers of porn wh are being prosecuted for producing "obscene" video and photo materials. Mary Beth Buchanan = actual U.S. attorney assigned to the case. Lawrence Walters = attorney fighting the man on behalf of our industry. His site is http://www.firstamendment.com/ |

whats wrong with selling hardcore porn?
Did anyone happen to record this, and could possibly post an .mpeg here?
actually, even just an .mp3 of the audio would be good.
Cliff notes and main points of the show? Do they think Rob black is going away for a LONG time to be someones bitch or what?
If Extreme Associates win...
would this put forth some kind of precedent and get these right wing assholes of our backs? |
yes. if Extreme Associates wins it is a very good thing for the rest of us.
that said, i could care less if they throw him away for 10 years. most of the public is now comfortable with hardcore pornography, the stuff 95% of us make livings from. If a jury sees the sick twisted shit Black and others are putting out as obscene, i have no problem with that. Good riddance. The world will go on without videos of psychologically damaged 18 year old girls being choked and pissed on by middle aged cretons. |

I think what he's saying is that if this prosecution fails then they will stop prosecuting anything. That might be good in a way, but it's also bad.
I'd like there to be some limits, too. It's just that once Ashhahahahaha starts setting limits, he's gonna want those limits to start with kissing. I wish they'd successfully prosecute hardcore email spam and TGPs. That would keep stuff out of kids hands and help the industry. Imagine if all adults suddenly had to PAY to see anything! |
