photoshop question??
how can i get this type of stroke? it has a white stroke with a black outline.......just curious.

It's a shape burst gradient stroke. You'd need to set the fill type to gradient and the stroke to shape burst. Then you'd make the gradient black and white. You'd have to adjust the gradient manually, obviously.

you add a stroke then in the stroke section you choose gradient then choose style/shape burst theen slide the white over to about 3 quarters over. bling!
