Picked this one up and can't seem to get into it. I'm a Star Wars fan, but I'm not a true geek like Star Wars Kid.

Has anyone else attempted to get into this one?

I would also like to know what the dealy is on this game. Anyone tried it ?

I'm sure I'd probably have to sit here for a day or so playing only the game before actually getting it. I can't seem to stick with it for more than an hour.

Knights of the Old Republic for the XBox is awesome. I'll probably just keep playing with that :thumbsup

I remember running around UO asking people what the fuck the point of the game was....ended up being the best game I ever played.

Is SWG so complex you have no idea where to start? I might hav to check it out. Have you tried leveling your char at all? Do you have to beat on swamp rats for hours and hours or can you train again other players?

It's basically an amped up Everquest, one other game I never dove into. I haven't even seen a swamp rat yet, but yeah...that's the gist of the game to start.

I play frequently on the Valcyn galaxy. My character's name is Louis Cifer. I really enjoy the game but I have little time to play when my significant other is at home.

At what point does it start to be a good time? Everything about the game sounds great, but getting started sucks.

they do tend to go overboard and make it more and more
complicated. You really have to sit down and get into it.

I dont know I cant started on day 1....

Getting into it for me was easy, I chose to run a mineing business as I saw that resources would be in demand...

Honestly I should sell my credits on ebay....I've got about 10mil in the bank and barely anything to spend it on..

I don't play video games anymore so I can't say...

First month is free, $14.99 there after. I already got bored of Planetside and I don't think I'll be making it thru the free month here.

Well shit I decided to go out and buy it yesterday and now all I can think about is playing that damn game! I have to wait till my gf goes to bed tho... she doesn't like when I spend more time on the comp than with her, lol! I'm macroing mining at home while at work...
