ccbill affiliates, are you getting an error when you check referring urls?

Is anyone else seeing this error? It's not just happening on my hegre-archives account...

When I try to check "Referring URLs" for a specific account, I get the error:

No Data Found.
In order to utilize the functionality of this report the webmaster to whom you refer traffic must be using the CCBILL Custom Forms System.

This started shortly after the downtime on affiliates.ccbill.com, I don't know if it's related. I emailed ccbill 3 days ago, but I haven't had a response yet. I am starting a new thread as it appears to be a more generic problem, not specifically related to hegre-archives ccbill affiliates...

yep... been down for a week and they have not seemed really interested in fixing it. I have called and left "report a bug" emails with no response.

Yes, the silence is deafening. :)

Do master accounts have the same issue?

The Other Steve 08-23-2003 01:37 PM

Don't know about the master accounts but we've found the same thing

Yep!

We can count sales per click, but no referring urls.

I called in a bit ago, the programmers are aware of the issue and working on it

STILL not working... cmon ccbill, it's been days. How can something stay broken this long? I depend on that info to decide what works and what doesn't, as I send traffic to one account from many sources.

Support still hasn't replied to my email, after 4 days.

Please let us know what is happening and when it will be fixed!

rowan 08-24-2003 04:09 PM

Ok, I resent the msg to support and got a reply within an hour... they apologise for the prob and say it will be fixed on Monday. They also attached a consumer FAQ about declined credit cards. (wtf? :) )

We're seeing this on all accounts now...

Rowan, how are your rebills?
