Google question - how's this done?

The bottom listing. I clicked to see what code he used for the stars as I originally found the listing among a load of terms and it really stood out with them. However, even the cache shows a different page. How's the guy doing that? Oh..and if anyone knows the code for the stars without me having to search.... |
