Designers and Webmasters Ripping Gallery Designs for own use
 

I pay good money to have some designers to do up some galleries for our site and etc and they turn around and use them for themself before they are even used by the paying party that hired them to do them up...

WTF IS GOING ON!!ABOUT READY TO TEAR SOMEONE A NEW ASSHOLE!

just request a signed agreement faxed or mailed? I've seen it done at places like rentacoder.com

I would think thats a Non Disclosure agreement or Non Compete depending on who your hiring and what your worrried about...

but still what a bunch of HORSE SHIT!!!

I guess i will contact my buddy who owns the site and get him to stop payment on that designers ripped galleries

Names will be released shortly if the party doesnt fess up or come clean.

Are you sure it was the designer that was using them? Maybe they got ripped off of their portflio on the site.
