Actually Ted is a straight shooter, he tries to get to the point, and doesn't really take sides..........This was a short show, Ted needed more time, there was not much sbstance to the whole thing...

Through the magic of Tivo I just watched this Nightline. The Justice Dept spokesman would not answer the key question on where they are drwing their line in the sand. He did state clearly this is just the first persecution (not a spelling error).

I wish that I did not find my self forced to defend Extreme Associates, however WE will all be effected by the outcome of this case.
