While I appreciate most of your comments, I I look forward to every Vegas January night that I have spent with many of you... What do you guys think of Mr. Ashhahahahaha's targeting our industry? He put the guys from Extreme in jail today.... They say that it's just the start.

Perhaps Bush won't be reelected.

Stay within the law and try not to push the limits of hardcore and what may seem "obscene" and you have half the battle.

JD, and many of the other high profile attorneys in our industry have been preaching this day will come for years now.

Well, the day has come. Protect yourself and be smart.

ITs what has been preached for years now.

In jail? Uh? When? Why? What did I miss?

I know the definition of "obscene" is what has people scared since it can be such a broad term. Litterally anything can be classified as "Obscene" in legal terms it is written so broad.

But the best you can do is stay away from the fisting.
The Scat. The Lolita. Even the bukkake (i know how fun it is)

Keep what ever may look "extreme" and above the limits of Hardcore off your sites.

Some of these attorney's have preached for years as to just how hardcore you should go when it comes to your sites.

These limits im a afraid may become more and more clear as the months go by and the crack down occurs..

Best to just keep your eyes and ears open and keep your hands clean of anything that may be a bit more hardcore than the "avarage" site.

You have to realize he made a promise when being elected that he would come full force against our industry. He made that promise first to his lobbyists, then to the voters, then to the public.

The whole 9-11 and wars against terror had bought the industry a lot of time and kept him really busy and prolonged this war against porn up till now.

Im sure he's going to keep his promise. IT was one of the top issues on his to do list, this is no secret. He's late in doing this task but its starting now.

Wheatehr you think this administration is re-elected or not should not matter. Taking action and being smart to avoid being maked an example out of is what you all should be concerned about.

He's not after closing sites, he's after locking you up and making examples of you. Strong examples he can and the administration can show come re-election time when they say they keep thier promises.

Don't take Obscenity Laws lightly.

They are, and this whole definition of what is defined as "obscene" is what is going to hang people.

ANd the meaning is in whole defined by your State.
If your state is a conservatitive onein nature you have several factors working against you.

Why do you think so much porn is filmed and made in Cali and Nevada.

There is a reason for that. Its been this way since the early 70's.
