Ok I started a TGP awhile back for shits and giggles. Its not my cup of tea and I don't have time to fuck with it, so I'm looking to get some of my money back from it rather than have it sit there and collect dust.

Basically the scripts are the only thing worth any money, but you get the design and the domain and whatever traffic is there also.
(Between 5-10K a day, mostly from trades)

You get the TM3 script that I paid $400 for, the move should be free because its been less than six months since I paid it off.

The site also has the brownie script. I'm leasing the script for $50 a month. I've made 6 out of the 16 payments on it ($300 total) and Germes has agreed to transfer the lease to the new owner if I sell the site. So if you want Brownie you get it for $500 instead of $800. (Or 10 monthly payments of $50, your choice)

If you don't want Brownie that's fine, I can just cancel the lease.

The site also has a licensed copy of auto gallery sql. You will be responsible for moving it and installing it to your specifications. It came with the site when I bought it, but I didn't like it and went with brownie instead.

I think this would be a good deal for someone who's thinking of starting a TGP, or someone who's running a TGP with all free scripts and wants to upgrade to better paid scripts.
