I knew selling these domains would get a lot of attention. Ok here is the story..

I bought these domains just to see what would happen. AFter about 2 weeks of the purchase I get letters from some attourney telling me that I have to hand the domain over to him.

I don't really want to so I have my attourney write back saying that I don't wanna.

So we do that for about 3 weeks and then the other guy gives up.

What is my point? I don't know. But those are the facts.

So anybody want to buy them? I suggest that if you do you have an attourney :-)

I am not dumb and I am not self destructive. I just wanted to see what would happen. And there are cases out there that show you can have a domain with a tradmark as long as the domain leads to a site with usefull consumer information.

This is how PayPalsucks.com is still around. Don't you think that if eBay could they would take it down? They can't becuase it is a helpful consumer site.

So yes if you open a sex site with Rolexgirl.com you might have a problem. But if you open a site offering information on Rolex watches, which I love to death, then it should be OK..
