thanks for the help, but it is not what i need. from what i can tell, i need some special player. but i am afraid to download anything to this handheld because it has a full hdd of business files, and i would hate for a virus to synch to my desktop and ruin all my business shit. However, you are most helpful, and i love all of your posts. thanks. |
hey Richie just an idea, but if you cant find any useful info on google, why not find a large BBS and ask there?
sometimes people have experienced similar problems, and are willing to help. just a thought, kick it over ... |
Yeah I found a way todo it much faster....You have to :321GFY

hmm, ok pal ill try it. once again thanks for your most useful suggestions. you RAWK!!! |
Although this shouldnt make enough of a difference to the point that its going to take THAT long for two songs; How many USB devices do you have hooked to the computer other than the PDA, and if there are a few of them, how much bandwidth does each one use?
Does your USB bandwidth get shared? You might want to watch your USB bandwidth, as you are transfering files, and see if you are getting the full bandwidth. If you are using XP, this is how Start -> Control Panel -> Classic View -> System -> Device Manager -> Universal Serial Bus controllers -> Go to the properties of one of them (You might only have one) -> Advanced There, you will see a percentage (Usually, your system will have 10% reserved) If it is around 10% or at a low number, which would indicate nothing else is using your USB bandwidth, try transfering a file to the PDA then refreshing and see if it uses your full bandwidth. |
I think lil2rich will have more posts than me next week :Graucho
