Need some help with some content terms
 

I need a picture on my site, only used 1 time one sexzity.com
As you know the domain is only for webmasters and not for surfers.
Can i use it to that domain, if i don't link to a content area?

From the terms:

Banners and Webpage Design. The licensee is allowed to use up to 10 images from a set in designing banners or web-page design. Banners and Web-page design must be directly linked to sites displaying the product.
A special license must be obtained for any further additional images; contact Banapro to do this.
URLs may be added of the site displaying the product.
Resizing, Cropping, Renaming, changing file format, Adjusting/Altering colour, gamma, light/dark/contrast, etc. of Product. Are allowed

I need some help now, i am on the pay page and only need a yes or no.

I don't link to anything, so i can't use it on sexzity.com ?

maybe just to be safe you can put a very small text link to them at the very bottom of your page? Something like 'image provided by' ?

Maybe you should ask them if the image has to be linked to them, since you're not linking it to content.

I wouldn't think so though. But worth an e-mail to them.

One thing, I don't think even if you make a mistake that it's going to hurt you.

Most they could do is say no. They couldn't really sue you or make you take your site down or anything.
