Grandad needs some Google Help Please :)
I don't know why but My webmasters Trade page is showing up
higher in the Google results then my main page? http://www.grandad.com/gfy/GFYgooglehelp.jpg This means the surfers are being sent to my Webmaster page Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? |
the PR is 0, you really worried about 3 surfers seeing a trade page?
|
Only if they do a search for "grandad.com".
|
Try adding 2 more "Grandad.com" texts in your xxx.shtml page. Don't know if it will work.

pr0 doesn't mean anything. Ive got a few sites with pr0 that get a good amount of SE traffic. |
if I'm not mistaken you can set indexing rules to not allow that page to be included in search engines.
|
with the meta tags right?
|
hahahahahaha name="robots" CONTENT="NOINDEX">
I might be wrong tho |
Thanks I'll research it :)

replace hahahhaha with m-e-t-a damn gfy filter :) |
The reason your "trade" page comes up first in the SE when a search of "grandad.com" is done - is because that page contains the term "grandad.com" 7 times while your homepage contains it only twice.
To get the script to redirect visitors to your homepage from the "trade" page go to http://j-a-v-a-script.internet.com [REMOVE DASHES] |
