With the exception of select top level one word domains more or less all the rest are only worth what has been developed from them and how they are branded. Your domain undeveloped is worth only a registration fee. If someone wanted to do an idea as you stated they could easily bypass buying yours and buy a very similar domain that would be just as valuable. Meaning the registration fee and how they develope and brand it. So yes as everyone else said your domain is worth $15.00 registration at best.
