Ok.. you asked for it, ( I say that because I always toot my own horn about it, but here goes anyway) I created the puking GFY lady.

The lady already existed, I just made her puke smileys.

Adobe ImageReady or Ulead GIF Animator

I use both, just depends on what I'm doing. I like Adobe ImageReady better myself, but both are about equal.

Ulead gif animator is by far the best, and compresses gifs much better than the majority of programs.
