Hiya Fellow Countryman!

There is

Russian Submitter and AdvancedSubmitter

I use both by myself, AS is a great tool, but it needs some work to set up a good database for your needs, but when that's done, you've a mighty tool - for tgp1,tgp2,LinkLists,.....

Other tools i don't know something about:
G.A.S.S.
TGSW
AddTGP
PerfectTGPSubmitter
and many many more.

As well as there are some guys here who have partner accounts on several big tgp's and offer a personal submission service.
