I think they need to fix the date in their letter though
"Starting as of 1700 hours GMT time on 8th September 2003"

It looks like they were processing for people who had little or no chance of getting under the 1% and their bank knew this.

This is exactly why Visa has imposed the rule.

"Give a good service to our card holders or don't use us"

they mostly processed beast and underage crap from what I recall.. didnt they under a while ago?

its not that simple.. as a matter a fact, its far from being that simple.. 1 fuckin % is unheard of...we are the only people who visa has issued rules like this.. you can not make everyone happy all of the time.. paul, im sure u know this.. hell odds are even just selling content you have had a few charge backs..
