Anyone noticed a drastic drop in verotel sales today?
 

Anyone noticed your verotel sign ups dropping today? I dropped up to 80 percent all of a sudden, wondered if anything's wrong over there or just a bad day?

Maybe you guys should start posting thread when they ARE NOT down. It will be more refreshing and it will be more as a surprise.

The guy I called at Verotel said it had been down only 20 mins (at the time). Seems he was misinformed, or lying.

ya my sales are down to , tho i had 4 sales go threw , must me making it threw the minutes they are up , i cant get threw to them right now ether to the site only the front page , and i want to call them , them fuckers !!

Just got off the phone with Verotel in Amsterdam.

Their main sites http://www.verza.com and http://www.verotel.com and even the front entry to the control center http://www.verotel.com/m11000.html are working no problem.

Their secure server is still working, but is timing out more often than not through IE (apparently could be OK in Netscape - anyone confirm this??).

It MAY be they were the target of a DOS attack.... their techs are knee deep in the problem

It does suck, but they always answer the phone.......

they went down around 3:42 PM EST. I noticed it when my secondary and third place billing systems started processing memberships.

Maybe they need Easy Server Management.

C'mon, let's think globally... I presume you're talking about US EST, but I have no idea how to convert that to my local time. :) Can you specify the approximate time they've been down in hours/minutes or tell me the time offset of EST? (UTC+/-XXXX)

That would make it over 6 hours that they have been down...

i am talking to them now , and they are doing all they can as they tell me , they are not telling the prob , and they are doing all they can to get up and i guess many are , tho the lady there was a REAL BITCH and i told her she was a bitch and now she all mad at me OH WELL FUCK HER !
we are to deal with it , as he and she more less told me , and then had the neaver to tell me , look we never go down we have all be fine and great here ! then ask me what more do you want from us ?
When i remind him the last few weeks of them being down from there so called black out , there so called server up dates and the toehr server updates and all that shit !!!!!!!!!!

i dont disagree there with you , but when she will not SHUT THE heck up long for me to say a word and tells me blaa blaa blaa , and i just ask what is going on , and she tels me nothing things are find and i ask how is that we have been down most the day , and she goes on with other things , and doesnt want to really tell me alot and i remind her this is the same things globill and other did to alot of webmasters , she jsut wetn on and saying well not worry of us we are not like them , and still that was all i could in a word wise as she went on and on , and again i was tring to get a word in and i finly said look bitch wil you just answer me , and she hung up on me ! ya that is great on her part to right ? NOT !
then another guy gets to the phone and all he is worried over is her being called a bitch , not the matters or why i did or would ! and what sent me over the top was them telling me they never have probs why am i getting up set , what is my prob they never are down and i seem to remind him all the other times the last few weeks and he then shut up !

The recurring seems to be fine, working as usual, but not a single signup "Verotel Approved Transaction" in my email, site is up as well and its working fine for me, just no sign ups for more than 12 hours, very strange sympton :(

FWIW, I just tried a test signup on my account and it worked fine.

first they have no battery backup now this.. time to jump ship for sure.

they seem to be up now.

i could access them during the last 8 hours just fine
