Will Google spider cgi links?

Hi!

Will Google index sites, that are linked thru .cgi links like Links V2 or Links SQL would create?

Actually, I can't remember where I read it now, but I did read somewhere that they were either working on or had completed work on the spider that would allow it to read and index pages generated through scripts like php and cgi
